No purchase is necessary to win. Entering a contest requires becoming a free member, but that only requires leaving a current, working email address. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The contest officially begins at 12:01 am pacificdaylight time on the first day of the month. Entries must be received pacificdaylight time on the last night of the month. The winner(s) will generally be drawn on the next business day.

Entering or winning one contest does not preclude you from entering or winning future contests. However, entries are only valid for the month in which they are entered. In order to be eligible for future contests, entries must be received during those future contest periods.

Only one entry is allowed per household or family. Volunteers and employees American Pizzeria and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. We reserve the right to disqualify individuals who appear to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise attempting to enter more than once.

The contest is open to entrants of all ages and from all over the world, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply, whether we like it or not. Any applicable taxes are the winners' responsibility.

The winner(s) will be drawn through a random process determined by American Pizzeria , whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend a contest in the event of technical problems, computer viruses, non-authorized human interference, or other causes beyond our control that affect the fairness or proper conduct of the contest.

The winner(s) will be notified via the email address given in their entry. Entries without a current, working email address will be considered invalid. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the legal owner of the email address is considered to be the entrant. If a winner does not respond to our notification within 30 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.
